
Hi, I am Sarah Harding, great to meet you (albeit virtually, sort of!) if you have landed here, my best guess is, that you need some help for the people within your organisation, are looking for some help with your own mental/physical wellbeing, or having a good look at what I am up too these days!

This is the holding page for my new website, where you will find out more about how through yoga, mindfulness, breathwork coaching and deep relaxation you and those in your organisation can work and live a healthier, more productive and fulfilled life, Discovering Equanimity for yourselves.
I am based nr Crawley in West Sussex, an easy commute to London or Brighton and the surrounding areas and started my journey in this work back in 2012 alongside a corporate global role.

I have done pregnancy, postnatal and still do women’s yoga with Sarah. Both have been incredible and so beneficial for my mind and body. Sarah always makes the time at the start of the session to ‘check in’ with everyone and tailors her classes to your needs. After my second child I saw a physio to strengthen my pelvic floor. Sarah’s yoga complimented my physio so well which I know has aided my recovery.
Sarah is professional, caring, you can talk openly to her about anything. She is so knowledgeable in women’s health I can not thank her enough for the help she has given me. Immediately after the sessions I feel relaxed, aches have loosened and even gained energy like I’ve had a good power nap, needed with small children! I highly recommend her sessions to everyone especially for women’s health recovery and some much needed you time.
